2. Service Description

Yɛwodan is a comprehensive property management platform that enables:

  • Property owners and managers to list and manage rental properties
  • Tenant application processing and screening
  • Visitor account creation for property access and services
  • Property check-in and check-out management for visitors
  • Parking permit requests and management
  • Document management and storage
  • Booking and scheduling services
  • Communication between property managers, tenants, and visitors
  • Maintenance request tracking and reporting

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 may use our platform with parental or guardian consent and supervision. Property managers must have legal authority to manage the properties they list on our platform.

Minors (Under 18): Must provide parent or guardian contact information before using our services. Guardian information will be verified and guardians will be notified of all account activity.

4. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Property Manager Responsibilities

Property managers using our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information and rental terms
  • Comply with all applicable housing laws and regulations
  • Respond to tenant applications and maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper documentation for all transactions
  • Ensure fair housing practices and non-discrimination

6. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants using our platform agree to:

  • Provide truthful information in rental applications
  • Comply with lease terms and property rules
  • Report maintenance issues promptly through the platform
  • Respect the property and other tenants

7. Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors using our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating accounts or checking into properties
  • Follow all property rules and regulations during visits
  • Use parking permits only for authorized vehicles and designated areas
  • Complete proper check-out procedures when leaving properties
  • Report any incidents or damages immediately to property management
  • Respect the privacy and rights of tenants and other visitors
  • Use visitor services only for legitimate purposes

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
